About role 

We want to constantly improve the way we work for our customers. By introducing the above role we want to drive internal knowledge sharing, and reuse of materials to respond better and faster to our customers’ requests.

A Sales Support Specialist is a person who is ultimately accountable for two aspects of supporting the sales process at GetInData as well as the broader family of Xebia which we are part of.

First area encompasses supporting various stakeholders in GetInData and Xebia in responding to customer needs by collecting relevant collaterals of sales materials that can be used while pitching to customers, proving our experience, or meeting the formal requirements of the RFP process. You will search databases and repositories to come up with relevant artifacts as well as identify if there is additional information that may need to be requested from peers manually. The requests may also come from marketing. Such requests will vary in scope from straightforward ‘question-response’ to mini projects with certain goals and timelines.

Second area covers the process part where we want to make sure much of the above support can in the future be realized as a self-service for commercial teams. It means we want to bring necessary information and documents into a single repository that the sales support team will maintain and update. Information needs to be tagged and described so it can be later easily found and accessed by others.

This role will be placed in the central team for all Xebia Data where particular entities like GetInData place their representatives.

The role opens career opportunities in sales and marketing aspects in fast-paced technology area - Data and Analytics.

Job responsibilities

  1. Manages response to sales and marketing requests regarding support of given sales activities such as:
  • responding to other organizations requests on behalf of GetInData when it comes to our experience, skills and references

  • gathering collateral of materials for customer interaction

  • collecting information required by customer in RFI/RFP process

  • effectively collaborating with Sales team and Account Managers and support them by preparing sales materials and proposals for clients

  2. Proactively support sales process and actors with understanding of what is required to win

  3. Maintain a repository so that sales materials, proposals, contract templates, SoWs and case studies are updated and relevant to needs of the business

  • reaches out to non-sales team members like technical experts / consultants that can serve their knowledge to enhance our knowledge and asset base
  • proactively proposes improvements in way of collecting and accessing such information

  4. Sales process and tools:

  • supports decision making by collecting additional information about customer and deal that will help to distribute deals/opportunities into right team with highest chance of winning

  • monitors completeness and accuracy of data in CRM
  • suggests sales process improvements

  • facilitates CRM data analysis to support us in decision making
