Sales Support Systems Analyst - CPQ

About the Position

Price book Administration
- Manage the process of ingesting price changes from messaging vendors and apply them to Salesforce CPQ
- Analyze pricing and recommendation changes based on business and market needs
- Analyze impact of changes to existing customer deals 
- Drive process of customer notification for rate changes or carrier fee changes
- Support development of a process and controls to ensure correctness and completeness of applied changes
- Publish price book updates and provide training to organizations as necessary
- Own updates and maintenance of price books 

Sales Support & Quote process 
General deal/quote support:
- Support analysis on enterprise deals for sales reps 
- Provide options and quote structure support
- Maintain quoting / training resources
SMS product/quote administration: 
- Perform as gatekeeper on SMS component alignment with sales opportunities by working with product specialists and product management to ensure opportunities are being built with correct messaging components
- Analyze closing deals with SMS components in CRM/CPQ and ensure setup of billing plans in Netsuite / ZAB as financial system

Invoice process and controls management
- Analyze incoming SMS & MMS invoice data in order to support billing components such as carrier fees and contractual overages
- Support development of automated audit process with controls to ensure correctness and completeness of SMS billing
- Directly work with SMS vendors’ account and finance teams to track and resolve possible billing issues

CPQ business administration
- Support testing and deployment of pricebook versions
- Provide feedback to dev team on enhancement, bug fixes and other ways to automate CPQ tool effectiveness

Skills and Experience

- 2 years of related Salesforce CPQ Analysis experience required
- Strong analytical skills and background
- Excellent communication skills
- Required systems background: CPQ tools, billing systems
- Preferred system knowledge: Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite
- Basic understanding of Database architecture
- SaaS business model experience
- Financial background and orientation
- Pricing experience
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
- Detail oriented with strong information seeking skills
