We are looking for a passionate and talented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team and help take our Salesforce platform to the next level. You will be given a high level of responsibility for the freedom and the potential to make an immediate impact. This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Be a member of an agile software team working with some of the most innovative cross-teams
- Communicate with peers to build an environment that is both readable and reliable
- Look critically at what we're building and how we're building it. You'll originate ideas and automation that advance our systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience declaratively developing on the Salesforce platform
- Experience working with Process Builder and Flow and streamlining them to be efficient
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Ability to evaluate complex business problems and turn them into solutions
- Experience testing and troubleshooting customizations, determining root causes
- Ability to document processes, automation, and chart customizations in a manner that makes sense to both end-users and peers
- Good communication skills and are able to speak to business users in “layman’s language”
- Being a critical thinker and are able to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back against bad ideas, and offer best practices
- Experience working with other platforms such as CPQ, Advanced Approvals, Community, Conga, Docusign, Marketo, Outreach, Ownbackup, Gong, and Slack is a plus
- Experience working with integration platforms such as Workato and Zapier is a plus
- Experience being a part of a team in an agile environment is a plus
