Job Description:

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team, reporting to our Director of Salesforce Program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales-related reporting solutions across various functional teams, in addition to administrator responsibilities such as troubleshooting, scoping & building new features, as well as enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business analysis needs into reporting solutions using standard reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics.
  • Present analyses and engage in discussions regarding key takeaways as well as nuances in the data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams responsible for company-wide analytics to ensure reliable data integrations and consistent reporting.
  • Build and support automation solutions, primarily in Flow.
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and other data model-related metadata.
  • Manage data access and sharing settings.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and frameworks.
  • Develop changes in Sandbox environments, create and review pull requests, and work with source control.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or similar.
  • Salesforce Certified (Administrator required, Business Analyst preferred, others are a plus).
  • Experience building data flows and dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, Wave Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce platform features & fundamentals including, but not limited to, platform automation (primarily Flows), 
  • Ability to read and understand debug logs
  • Familiarity with Apex enough to read basic code is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce Deployment/DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with source repositories such as Github, Bitbucket, or similar is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing speed of delivery with quality and scalability.
  • Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow your skill set both within the Salesforce platform as well as other enterprise systems.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Culver City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $100K-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
