About the role

Having completed our series B fundraise and with exciting strategic partnerships, we’re looking for a Salesforce Certified Administrator to help build and optimise our Salesforce org.

Reporting to our Sales Operations Manager, you’ll join a growing Sales Operations team that’s building a world-class sales platform to help the business scale. You will be leading the technology story through our Salesforce org by creating & updating current Salesforce processes, building process flows and ensuring our bespoke platform & Salesforce systems are working efficiently together.

What you'll be doing

• As a Salesforce Administrator you will have overall management of our Salesforce organisation across the business (120 staff & growing).
• You will manage our Salesforce instance, use process builder, workflows, whilst managing a range of product offerings across our various leads, opportunities, cases & accounts, implementing changes at speed, that are scalable and meet business requirements.
• Working alongside our Product & Engineering teams, you will ensure both our bespoke platforms & Salesforce org are aligned.
• Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce CRM projects whilst collaborating with Commercial, Product & Engineering teams to ensure goals are being met.
• Understanding the basics of APEX coding and Salesforce deployment; development experience is a plus.
• Responsible for data integrity and data cleaning, utilising data wizard & data loader, creating / updating fields, validations.
• Ensuring we are delivering enhanced data reporting capabilities across a range of teams Risk, Commercial, Marketing, Investor & Finance.
• Provide on-site support ensuring stability of existing products and troubleshooting ad-hoc needs & requests with Salesforce.
• Support & troubleshoot between platform & Salesforce integrations, alongside engineering.
• Contribute to the overall CRM strategy while implementing and delivering it day to day.
• Identify new opportunities for the development of new and enhanced CRM capabilities.
• Know your way around Pardot, with the ability to make changes within the Pardot system & ensuring Salseforce & Pardot are aligned.
• Work with the Sales Operations manager to document business processes and system requirements.

Requirements

Experience, Skills, And Knowledge Required

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certified & or 4+ year Experience managing a Salesforce Org (with the ability to execute process builder/flows, implementations, product changes at speed).
• Experience in understanding the alignment between Salesforce and internal bespoke systems and Marketing Automation system Pardot.
• You'll have experience working in B2B SaaS, preferably in a rapid-growth environment with an ability to work in an agile manner.
• Ability to focus on immediate changes with a strategic view on a longer-term strategy.
• A creative Salesforce problem solver who can thrive in a fast paced and agile environment.
• Excellent collaborator and clear communicator with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable Experience

• Some experience with coding using APEX.
• Understanding of Lead Assignment Manager, Sales Engage, Contact World NVM & other Salesforce application offerings.
• Keen Trailhead user with a range of badges achieved.
