DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage sales pipeline
  • Manage outbound call targets with all types of leads
  • Develop strong working relationship with inside sales team to drive incremental bookings
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospects and clients within defined territory
  • Execute prospecting calls in to collect information about the prospective client and what they need
  • Move prospects to close through offer and negotiation of pilot opportunities
  • Work closely with client services and business solutions to ensure pilot success; convert accounts to annual contracts
  • Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
  • Share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members and contribute to the overall success of the team
  • Align all sales performance with the company's mission, vision, and values
  • Demonstrate customer obsession in all your interactions
