As part of the Acquisition department of 20+ talented people, the SEA Manager will be taking care of scaling Qonto's acquisition in a fast-paced environment within a team of 6 people led by Arthur Bouhanna.

As an SEA Manager, you'll be in charge of improving and supporting our growth with Search Advertising.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an SEA Manager at Qonto, you will

Define the SEA strategy over our 4 markets (France, Italy, Spain and Germany)
Determine & prioritize relevant projects & ideas to increase Qonto SEA traffic & conversions
Execute our strategy thanks to an ambitious and realistic roadmap: you will coordinate various stakeholders - marketing, website, and local teams - to deliver projects with clear deadlines
Manage campaigns across our different Search Accounts (Bing, Google, and Apple App Store) and across our different markets 🇫🇷, 🇪🇸, 🇩🇪, 🇮🇹)
Analyze performance: you will identify global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities - through regular performance analyses and clear dashboards & take actions from them

🏅About You

Experience: You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 1 year fully dedicated to SEA - in an agency, a consulting firm or an advertiser
Great team player: You love solving problems with your teammates and working closely with other functions such as Marketing, website or SEO.
Excellent analytical skills: You are a data driven person fed by analysis but you know how to have creative ideas based on data insights
Strong digital advertising skills: You master Google Search ads and Bing ads (App store is a plus)
Languages: You speak English fluently. French, Italian, German or Spanish is a plus
Academic Background: You have a French Master's from a Business or Engineering School or an equivalent degree

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to create a strong alignment on what they will expect from you and tell you more about their way of operating
- A fully remote exercise to evaluate your abilities and give you a taste of what you could work on at Qonto
- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you envision yourself at the company
- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
