Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Security Surveillance Coordinator with excellent communication and customer service skills to work in our Downtown Los Angeles Headquarters from midnight to 8 AM.The surveillance coordinator will monitor all of Planned Parenthood’s health centers and headquarters. As a surveillance coordinator, their main job is to analyze, monitor and report any issues that may arise at any of Planned Parenthood locations. The surveillance coordinator supports the Security Manager in creating trend reports and completing work order assignments to support the Agency’s business and goals.
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) to three (3) year experience in security field.
- Two (2) years’ experience of closed circuit television system and alarm monitoring.
About the position:
- Monitor Surveillance cameras for activity.
- Work with security team to oversee work orders.
- Data collection from ticketing system.
- Response to 24/7 security line in their daily shift.
- Assist with administrative task as assigned by security team.
- Sending regular evening updates to security team for trend analysis.
- Resolve issues with independent contractors regarding alarm access.
- Coordinate inventory of secure keys.
- Respond and assist with afterhours emergencies in conjunction with security team.
- Assist with access for afterhours scheduling updates in conjunction with Scheduling department.
