About The Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive with a passion for working in the design world to help with our proactive ad sales efforts. Reporting to the VP of Sales, your focus is to sell native display, email, and sponsorships on Dribbble working with advertisers to deliver on their specific objectives. You possess a strong rolodex and relationships to hit the ground running from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with our Ad Operations team to deliver the best partner experience possible.

As a Senior Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales of our native display, email, and content marketing inventory to not only meet but surpass your sales quota.
  • Engaging with both existing and new clients to conceptualize and create innovative, brand-centric sponsorship opportunities.
  • Partnering closely with the Ad Operations team to ensure seamless fulfillment of integrated sponsorships.
  • Reporting on sponsorship clients and offering support to advertising partners, actively nurturing relationships to guarantee client renewals and foster growth.
  • Proactively managing a dynamic pipeline of active opportunities, adeptly converting them into revenue to consistently achieve and exceed your sales quota.

We believe it's important for you to have:

  • Relevant experience. With over 5+ years in digital ad sales, you bring deep industry knowledge, emphasizing creative relationship building and effective product/service alignment with client business goals.
  • A proven track record. Your track record showcases consistent overachievement of quotas, highlighting exceptional communication, persuasion, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • A disciplined sales process. A seasoned architect of sales processes, you excel in pipeline development, have experience leading SDRs, and possess proficiency with CRM and relevant tools. Your organizational skills shine in managing multiple projects and negotiating contract terms.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You have the ability to establish rapport and trust. You care about building strong and lasting relationships, and it shows in the way you communicate with care and precision.
  • A team player attitude. At Dribbble, you embody the "good vibes" ethos, fostering an inclusive and transparent communication style. Your team player attitude contributes to collaborative success across departments, including Ad Operations, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations.
