Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients in the childcare sector, including wrap-around care, holiday camps, and nurseries.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demos to showcase the value of our platform to potential clients.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.
Deal Closing: Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful acquisition of new clients.
Market Entry Strategy: Execute a strategic plan for entering and growing our presence in the UK market.
Problem-Solving: Overcome obstacles and roadblocks with a resourceful and solution-oriented approach.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from the market to help shape product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Experience: Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS. Experience in the childcare sector (wrap-around care, holiday camps, or nurseries) is highly desirable.
Selling: Proven ability to sell software via phone, web, and in-person. All three required
Location: Based in London, with the ability to travel as needed.
Skills: Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Understanding of Salesforce
Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently. Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to pushing through challenges.
Work Ethic – tenacious work ethic with the desire to be a top performer
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the childcare market in England.
