Senior Account Executive, New Business Sales

About the Role:

AdRoll is seeking a Senior Account Executive, New Business Sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for evangelizing our full funnel performance marketing platform and building strong relationships to win net new logos. We’re looking for someone who enjoys hunting and building new relationships, can think strategically, is collaborative, and has the drive to go the extra mile. You’ll be working with industry thought leaders and surrounded by smart, driven and friendly people who are passionate about taking on new challenges together. 


  • Identify, nurture and close Fortune 1000 accounts through a combination of phone and face to face sales calls
  • Engage with the Product Specialists and Solutions Teams to sell Beta products
  • Attend and occasionally speak at industry conferences
  • Synthesize advertiser feedback for input into product development


  • 3+ years of successful technology sales experience, preferably in the ad-tech space
  • Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding target goals, hunting for deals, navigating organizational hierarchies and engaging VP and C-level executives
  • Broad understanding of the ad-tech space including programmatic and performance advertising
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy sales culture
  • Able to travel as needed to meet prospective clients
  • BA/BS Required
