As a Senior Associate, Billing & Collection you will be responsible for:
Responsible for maintaining and performing billing and collections for multiple buildings at WeWork Pacific region;
Manage the billing process in full, giving direction to all team members on timeline and process each month;
Perform weekly-monthly AR reports;
Cooperate with other stakeholders to resolve issues relating to payments, invoices, cash reconciliation, member’s queries, refunds;
Review contracts and exercise sound judgement in resolving billing discrepancy
Use internal software to create invoice adjustments and respond to Billing tickets
Enforce billing and collections procedures with relevant stakeholders through effective communications & trainings
Responsible for achieving key performance metrics and team SLAs by ensuring invoice accuracy and prompt collection turnaround
Bring a critical eye to existing processes to help drive continuous improvement as the Company continues to scale
Escalation of delinquent accounts and potential bad debts to leadership team
Other task not limited to involvement for Regional and Global billing projects, system and process upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
3-5 years of Billing/Collections or Customer facing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel & quick to learn internal software
Problem solver with the ability to deal with ambiguity
Ability to analyze data, identify action items, and direct resources where needed
Strong organizational skills & discipline for deadlines
Fluency in English with ability to speak a 2nd Asian language a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting a plus
