Job Description

Senior Associate - Information Technology, are responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. These individuals ensure the timely restoration of service to our  internal clients by managing requests (Incidents, Service Requests, Events, and Problems) through to successful completion.

  • Highly Experienced in Managing Windows Server technologies - 2008, 2012, 2016
  •  Experience on managing Dell and HP Servers
  •  Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, DHCP, DNS, Group policies
  •  RAID technologies - RAID 0, RAID1, RAID5, RAID10
  •  Patch management
  •  Windows deployment server
  •  Radius server
  •  Key Management server
  •  Backup - Symantec Backup exec
  •  Experience managing File Server, Storage, NAS box, Storage
  •  Licensing
  •  Vendor Management
  •  Experience in managing MDM tools like Manage engine Desktop central
  •  Scripting
  •  Certificate management
  •  Experience on VMware
  •  Enterprise tools Management - Helpdesk system like Manage engine/Freshdesk, SLA management, alerting systems like PRTG, Password manager tools
  •  Documentation
  •  Automation
  •  Project management
  •  Familiarity with data protection technologies
  •  Hands on Linux - Advantage
  •  IIS - Advantage
  •  SQL database - Advantage
  •  Apple Server and Mac OS
  •  Experience in handling JIRA
  •  Experience in handling GIT
  •  Password manager tool
  •  Knowledge of ISO 27001/SOC/HIPAA - Advantage
  •  SIEM - Advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completely responsible for system administration (Servers and Endpoints) at headquarters and various branches nationwide and remote working employees. Track progress ensuring adherence to defined SLA

  • Manage the local virtualisation environment and cloud

  • Records incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution.

  • Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.

  • Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.

  • Records incidents cataloging them by symptom and resolution.

  • Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for your services.

  • Systematically interprets user problems and identifies solutions and possible side effects.

  • Escalates complex or unresolved incidents.

  • Records and tracks issues from outset to conclusion.

  • During change, act’s systematically to respond to day by day operational needs and react to them, avoiding service disruptions and maintaining coherence to (SLA) and information security requirements.


Experience: 4-6 years
Education: BE/BTech/3 years Full-time/Technical Diploma 
Certification: Desirable- Any one of the following - MCSE, RHCE, Redhat
Working Mode: Office
Location: Gurgaon/Delhi/Anywhere in the country if ready to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon
Reporting To: IT Manager
