You will act as an MIS specialist as part of the People Operations team responsible for managing contract staff. You will work with stakeholders within the People Success (HR) team to assist them with contract staff data management, process adherence and documentation for staff deployed through vendors/contractors. You will maintain and work with large volumes of data to provide information relevant for making decisions.

What is the job like?

  • Maintain contract staff records like SOWs, employment contracts, statutory forms, transfer, termination letters etc in a manner that it can be used instantly.
  • Prepare and maintain staff headcount data on a regular basis.
  • Create and maintain various trackers like demographics, attrition, manpower costs & budgets etc.
  • Responsible for providing data and details for the purpose of internal and external audits.
  • Coordination with various stakeholders to maintain accuracy and relevance of the data collected and processed.
  • Works very closely with payroll team for collating inputs for payroll
  • Vendor Management - Maintaining records of vendor contracts, MSAs, SOWs, renewals, payments etc.
  • Works with the Finance team for clearance of vendor payments, reimbursements, payments to staff etc.

Who should apply to the role?

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in managing HR Operations, HRIS, MIS for Contract Staff.
  • Bachelor's degree in BMS, Statistics or related disciplines.
  • High inclination towards MIS and analytics is a must.
  • Proficient in analyzing, gathering, managing and documenting information.
  • Expert level in spreadsheet/excel functions- Lookups, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Match, IF Conditions , SUMIFs and COUNTIFs , Pivot tables,  and comfortable working with google spreadsheets.
  • Proven ability in data cleaning and validation for quality reports.
  • Knowledge of automating data processing via Macros, SQL etc is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Create wide variety of dashboards using Excel/GSuite/BI tools and create charts for easy representation of complex summary tables.
  • Ability to manage large databases
  • Good communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and within stringent deadlines
  • Has an eye for detail and is process oriented.
