What does a Senior B2B Marketing Manager do at Busuu?

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager with experience in working within a Software As A Service business to join our team in London. You will be driving and evolving our marketing stack to accelerate Busuu growth in B2B space. Aligning with internal teams, you will run lead generation campaigns and activity that will largely contribute to our overall Supply strategy in pipelining and acquiring salon partners.

We are working with the top clients in the tech space, with such leaders as Uber, Deliveroo as well as listed companies like Inditex (owners of Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull&Bear) and Adidas, and many others. We have ambitious plans of scaling up and looking for people with right mindset to join us.

  • Creating and testing B2B strategies and communications for existing and potential clients
  • Developing the sales toolkit, defining and delivering presentations and demos
  • Formulating and testing value propositions
  • Working closely with sales team, developing and managing go-to-market strategies
  • Measuring the effectiveness of product marketing programs, collaborating with wider organisation on improvement projects

Requirements

What we’re looking for in a Senior B2B Marketing Manager :

  • Significant experience of B2B marketing experience
  • Proven track record of results delivery and excellent project management skills
  • Expertise in leading market research and go-to-market activities, and building sales collateral, creative assets, and other marketing content
  • Passion for language education and digital learning, with fluent English and at least one additional languages
