About the Role  

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you'll get to be responsible for recommending, implementing and executing policies and programs to keep all recurring financial operations inline with company strategy while overseeing their continuous innovation and communication to both your Finance and Operations business partners. You'll be using existing tools and procedures to monitor and perform daily finance operations and participating in the ongoing initiatives to improve and automate the systems and processes. 

  • Develop and implement financial operations processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee the daily financial operations of the organization, including trade transactions, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation for deposits and withdrawals, and prepare finalise reports for regulator and management.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and work closely with the Head of finance to optimize operations
  • Support and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements
  • Maintain financial records and ensured the accuracy of data
  • Provide training and support to staff members responsible for financial operations
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, Regulators, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in using financial software and other financial management tools
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
