We launched in March 2013, and have been blown away by the customer response since then. We’re now looking to bring amazing people, like you, together to redefine the way people interact with brands online.
 
The Team: 
At Harry’s, the Marketing team plays a leading role in defining and growing our brand, with big ambitions for growth this year and many to come. You will play an integral role in the strategic and tactical execution of our brand advertising.
 
We are looking for a motivated individual who has experience with advertising, is digitally savvy, has experience managing agency teams, and has a passion for creating an amazing brand. 
 
The Role:
We are looking for a Brand Advertising Manager who will help us build a brand that has big ambitions to disrupt the $13BN category. This person will join the marketing team, leveraging previous advertising experience to bring our brand strategy to life, developing consistent and compelling communications across all acquisition channels - TV, digital, audio, and OOH. 
 
What you will do:
  • Guide consistent and compelling 360 advertising campaigns every quarter: TV, radio, digital, print, OOH, innovative media platforms
  • Lead and manage the internal advertising process across creative and acquisition teams - from developing briefs to delivering final assets and extracting learnings
  • Manage external creative agency relationship and process
  • Develop effective advertising briefs - drive to a clear consumer insight and incorporate channel insights to best deliver that message on different channels
  • Provide insightful feedback across different content and media vehicles
  • Create an environment that is both creatively inspiring and results-driven
 
This might describe you:
  • You have 6-8 years of brand management experience - you've had full ownership over advertising process and performance on an ecommerce platform
  • You are a deeply insightful thinker - you are able to connect with the consumer mindset, synthesize complex topics into clear perspectives, and interpret and contextualize analytical data
  • You've led process to develop brand advertising that drives direct response 
  • You have a strong sense of advertising process, and the ability to create and imbed it in the organization
  • You are collaborative, but decisive, able to communicate with different styles
  • You understand the tradeoffs between short-term performance gains and long-term brand gains
  • You are able to identify opportunities and can create clear steps to achieve success
  • You have a thirst for knowledge, and curiosity drives you
  • You are highly comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and culture
  • You have a sense of humor (one that will reach all corners of the world is a plus)
 
Who you'll work with:
  • Work closely with graphic designers, copywriter, art director, acquisition channel owners, customer insights team to develop on-brand well-performing advertising campaigns
  • Reports to Brand Director
