The Growth team at Nice Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Senior Level Sales Executive. You will have an opportunity to contribute to Nice's expansion to markets across the country. You will be expected to develop and own the strategy for achieving your sales targets as an independent contributor. Exceptional consultative experience with the ability to convey Nice's value proposition to prospective industry partners. You will report directly to the SVP of Growth and will partner closely with various internal stakeholders, all while changing how people get and experience healthcare

What you’ll do at Nice:

  • Develop and own the strategy for achieving your sales goals
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the entire sales cycle including prospecting, engagement, discovery, closing, and strategic account management 
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with target accounts, customer stakeholders, and Executive sponsors
  • Represent market-specific needs back to Nice, and develop presence and growth in respective markets for Nice through connection
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including Executive and C-Level
  • Conduct regular group-wide webinars & training sessions to educate distribution partners and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and objectives
  • Iterate and develop/test new approaches to determine the most efficient and effective path to achieving our collective sales goals

 What you’ve done before:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Work experience in B2B sales with proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Healthcare technology platform experience, a plus 
  • Background in employer sales, with a solid understanding of healthcare and/or employer benefits
  • Ability to meet/exceed quota
  • Strong presentation skills and is comfortable representing the brand to key decision-makers and public-facing venues
  • Team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to take strategic concepts and turn them into actionable plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience
  • Can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
