The Senior Business Intelligence & Pricing Manager will be working with big data, testing, analyzing, and building models to provide strategic insights to the business as well as comprehensive solutions. This role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive subscription program strategy tailored to the customer base, ensuring it aligns with the company’s directions
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
  • Implement strategies to drive customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase subscription renewals
  • Design and execute experiments using data to improve the subscription program. Able to define hypotheses, set up experiments, track and analyse the results
  • Utilise data analytics tools to track performance, customer engagement, and ROI
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions

Requirements:

  • Experienced (4+ years) in data analytics, statistical modelling, and program management, preferably in the tech industry
  • Experienced in subscription programs is preferred. Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools, which includes Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Proficiency with Python is a plus
