The RVO Health Talent Acquisition team is looking to expand by bringing on a new Senior Campus Recruiter! We are looking to hire someone to help us accomplish many short term and long term goals specifically on the Campus Recruiting team and as a result, drive impact on RVO Health.

The RVO Health portfolio helps nearly 100 million people a month seek health information, find doctors, save money, and effectively manage their health and wellbeing. We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter who will manage full cycle campus recruiting to meet RVOH business needs as we launch our first college recruiting program! This person will spend most of their Fall at campus events identifying early career talent for both internship and full-time roles across a number of different positions. The Senior Campus Recruiter is responsible for not only providing undergraduate students with a memorable candidate experience, but also representing our brand on school campuses. When not on campus, they will support initiatives such as onboarding, placements and other strategic projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full cycle recruiting for various full-time and internship positions across RVO Health
• Act as a strategic thought partner on the Campus Recruitment team to help launch and define campus recruiting strategies
• Plan and travel to campus events with partner schools for brand building and to attract and engage with early career talent
• Create and effectively manage crucial relationships within our target schools, including but not limited to Deans, Professors, and Career Services professionals
• Screen and evaluate candidates through on-campus and phone interviews
• Partner with internal hiring teams to generate new ideas, leverage resources, and networks to continuously innovate the recruiting process and meet business needs
• Lead candidate feedback sessions and extended offers to selected candidates
• Assist in the planning of onboarding and summer programming for new hires and interns
• Leverage available internal data for reporting on full recruiting funnel to internal stakeholders
• Outside of Campus Recruiting busy season depending on work capacity, will step in to assist recruiting on other Experienced roles open on the TA team

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of corporate campus recruiting experience with a proven track record of success meeting high performance goals
• Willingness to travel (up to 5 days/week) while maintaining normal day to day operations as needed during Campus busy season
• Engaging communicator possessing stellar interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build genuine rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with creating and executing new recruiting approaches for campus recruiting programs to attract and engage with early career talent
• Ability to influence and guide hiring teams or internal stakeholders with credibility, professional presence, and a persistent work ethic to drive meaningful results
• A willingness to collaborate with and partner with many internal teams across the RVOH organization while also maintaining a level of high autonomy with your own work
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
