Senior Compliance Analyst (Contract)

We are seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst to lead the effective operation of our vendor support services team, covering 2,000 team members in North America. This role will be responsible for building out a vendor questionnaire repository containing Internal Operations and IT answers to common vendor questionnaire questions and gathering corresponding evidence. The Compliance Analyst will work closely with other teams across Bounteous, including our 3rd party Help Desk MSP team, Talent & Culture, the India Help Desk team, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements; obtain approvals by revising forms and rates
  • Research regulation; review regulatory bulletins and additional resources
  • Compile information by coordinating rate deviation filings, maintaining updated rate matrices, and providing overviews of product disclosures
  • Keep other departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; write and communicate guidelines
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintain strong communication with regulatory personnel; arrange continuing contacts and resolve concerns as needed
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Requirements analysis, operations research, auditing, quality management, financial planning and strategy
  • Work as a part of a collective team to achieve goals and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT experience in a technology support role; 5+ in a Lead role
  • 5+ years of hands on involvement in Help Desk/Support for a multi-location environment
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in a compliance environment. Previous internal audit, and/or compliance testing experience strongly preferred
  • International Compliance Association (ICA) certification or Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP)
  • Knowledge of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS)
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Experience developing standards to maintain legal compliance
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodology
  • Strong data analytics and general math skills
  • Flexibility; an ability to embrace complexity and changing priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent organization, project management, and strategic planning skills; a keen attention to detail
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
