About the Position 

In this role, you will lead the creation of compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and demand for our various programs and audiences worldwide. You will also collaborate with cross-functional Marketing teams to define and refine messaging and positioning for our new and existing offerings, including custom services/solutions and edtech products. 

You thrive in a fast-paced content production environment and enjoy researching and learning new topics. You have a proven track record of producing high-quality content at scale while ensuring alignment with digital marketing and SEO goals. Your ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content makes you a trusted partner for global marketing initiatives and internal teams. You are an excellent writer and collaborator, driven, resourceful, and graceful under pressure. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for content in your assigned region/program.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and convert internal client requirements into engaging content strategies and assets.
  • Drive content delivery for your region/program with effective project management, ensuring content aligns with digital marketing/SEO objectives and meets SLAs.
  • Research our global services, industries, and audiences to inform content strategy and creation across regions; serve as your region/program’s SME/consultant for content.
  • Create exciting, high-level marketing and communications collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, emails, landing pages, video scripts, and social posts.
  • Audit and optimize existing content for consistency, grammar, brand tone, and SEO improvements.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist in their development; contribute to building a professional team culture, especially by leading as an example.
  • Assist in process improvement, reporting, administrative, and other tasks. 

What You Will Bring to Our Team

  • 5-7 years of experience creating global B2B content, ideally in enterprise technology, education technology, IT professional services, software development, or tech startups. Experience in the EdTech space and Singapore public sector is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, serving as the team’s POC for global/regional programs and projects; experience working with cross-functional global teams is required.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while ensuring excellent customer service. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with minimal supervision; self-starter.
  • Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; resourcefulness and creativity.
  • A keen eye for detail, grammar, and brand voice.
  • Willingness to embody our team culture of discipline, respect, and professionalism.
