Job Description  - Corporate Recruiting (non-technical) 

Recruiting Talent in any of the following areas:  1) Corporate Functions, 2) Finance/Accounting, 3) Functional Safety, 4) Project Management 5) Legal 6) Support Services 7) Basic IT Services 8) Light Industrial 9) Electrical & Mechanical Technicians 10) Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Source and Present the high quality talent to the hiring manager. 
  • Regularly report on activity and successes. 
  • Requests approval, make offers and close candidates. 
  • Follow processes for exceptional candidate care and candidate experience including new hire onboarding by leveraging industry best practices
  • Continuously solve problems with significant impact to project deliverables
  • Complete full life-cycle recruiting efforts for certain open requisitions
  • Work across lines of business, multiple functional areas, technology areas & various locations to provide cohesive, efficient & effective staffing support
  • Collaborating with HR leaders to follow new programs and processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter in a fast paced environment
  • Solid Sale and Recruiting DNA
  • Excellent Talent Sourcing skills. 
  • Strong Corporate communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organization skills and follow through. 
  • Strong career history with some evidence of staying power at previous employers. 
  • Extensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscape
  • Excellent presentation & personal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively manage high volume recruiting while also leading a team of recruiters
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and work productively with a variety of people
  • Experience in the Automotive or Freight Industry
  • Greenhouse ATS
