You are a key asset within the Product, Commercial or Trust functions, working both within the analytics function and within a cross-functional work stream to scope and define projects, deliver actionable and relevant insights, and to develop and deploy key analytics projects with your team. You will collaborate with departments across Trustpilot including data science and our engineering teams to provide data-driven insights, and influence strategy and decision-making. You’ll be an internal data consultant, with our data warehouse at your fingertips, and you will work with the latest analytical tools including Google BigQuery and Looker.
To succeed in this role you will have a strong technical background as a Data Analyst and be comfortable operating in an unstructured environment. You should be endlessly curious about data and how it can be used to unlock opportunities and change the way we work. You can proactively identify problems and opportunities from data, communicate them clearly to stakeholders and leadership, and offer data-informed suggestions and solutions.
We expect you to keep a pulse on what’s going on, build relationships across the business, and anticipate needs of stakeholders before they ask by taking a long term view of the function as a whole.

Trustpilot is looking to massively grow our Data Analytics team in 3 different areas: Trust, Product and Commercial. It's an exciting time to work on new projects that will have a large impact company-wide. What area interests you?
A huge part of what we do at Trustpilot is Trust (it’s in the name!). We need to ensure that the content on our platform is real content from real people. That means eliminating scam and spam, and identifying fraudulent behavior. We have several cross functional teams devoted to Trust. You’ll be able to work closely with data scientists, helping them to proactively identify fraudulent activity, and assess their model performance to optimise our ability to detect spam and scam, before it lands on Trustpilot’s website.
As a B2B, we’ve built a wonderful product for our customers to be able to leverage a suite of Trustpilot’s tools. We need your help in creating user funnels and A/B testing to roll out the best possible products to our customers, and understand how they currently use the platform. You’ll be integral in identifying gaps in the product, to help the team deliver new and exciting features.
Our sales and marketing teams need YOU! As a B2B, we have many lovely prospects out there just waiting to start using Trustpilot. Our job is to find those prospects and understand their journey through data. We’re responsible for all types of analyses to support our commercial efforts, from customer segmentation to user profiles to finance initiatives.
