DevOps Engineers at Higher Logic are tasked with supporting the company’s product delivery goals. DevOps Engineers work to improve the speed and reliability of our software deployments and are responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of the systems which run that software. The day-to-day work consists of equal parts maintenance and innovation, as the team cares for existing systems but also builds new ones and significantly refactors those that already exist. DevOps Engineers are expected to work together to establish and share 24/7 on-call coverage for the platform.
