As Senior Director of Sales you will hire, train, and manage the global sales organization to successful quota attainment.

What will you do:

• Develop sales enablement and training programs.
• Select and configure sales tools.
• Manage the pipeline and deliver the sales forecast.
• Deliver KPIs related to the sales success of the organization.
• Work closely with Marketing to create a pipeline of new opportunities in the funnel.
• Create a culture of fun and urgency.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 10 years Enterprise Sales experience as a manager or individual contributor.
• Experience working and managing in a remote environment.
• Experience working with channel partners.
• Cybersecurity and/or fraud management experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Contract negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
