As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for software bring up on new systems, integration and writing of drivers for a variety of sensors, and performing data analysis to evaluate sensor performance. You will work very cross functionally and closely with the autonomy and electrical engineering teams to deliver functional robotic systems.
What you'll do:
- Bring up new robotic platforms and related systems
- Create software for system diagnostics and testing
- Work with and modify internal software build systems
- Write and modify Linux kernel drivers
- Create network software
People we're looking for have the following required education and experience:
- 3+ years' of professional work experience as an embedded software engineer
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, similar degree, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong C++ background a must
