Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition (Pune)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support all hiring initiatives of the organization
  • Own the whole, end-to-end recruiting process, across all practices and all internal-external engagements
  • Collaborate and work with the Talent Acquisition team to build robust recruiting strategies for every manpower requirement
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives
  • Develop strategies for sourcing exceptional talent and to have minimal dependency on Job boards and build expertise at unconventional sourcing methods such as Networking sites, Social media recruiting, Headhunting, Targeted Mapping, etc.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, changes, and/or areas of concern and provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the management and to the rest of the team
  • Form and maintain good relationships with hiring managers
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the junior Talent Acquisition team
  • Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
  • Engage with potential qualified talent pool through networking events,
     and the internal team to onboard the right talent and help build an efficient team
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates as needed.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages in accordance with company policies and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement recruitment initiatives, such as employer branding campaigns, campus recruitment programs, and other initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition, and proactively recommend enhancements to our recruitment processes.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  •  5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment
  • Sourcing & hiring  experience in Web based technology roles, Sales and Marketing, Design, and various enabling functions
  • Experience working on an ATS to manage the hiring process effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as other business tools
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize work as part of a fast-paced, services-based environment
  • Proactive nature and the attitude to build and support the team to get the right talent onboard.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
