This role

We are looking for a highly organized Senior Finance Administrator for Global Teams with 3-5 years work experience to manage end-to-end payroll and finance processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will maintain confidential data, conduct audits, serve as the primary contact for payroll queries, drive process improvements, mentor team members, and assist with financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and experience with EOR structures, Netsuite, and Zendesk is advantageous. You should be a self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full time position for a full 5-day day shift working arrangement from 8.30am - 5.30pm PH time

Your key focus areas will be: 

  • Administer and maintain highly-confidential employee pay data and records
  • Administer and maintain payroll related databases, templates, etc.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll reports, timesheets, etc.
  • Prepare pre-payroll reports within prescribed deadlines
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll accuracy
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate statutory contributions
  • Perform post-payroll audits to validate payroll-related invoices
  • Act as the main point of contact for queries from clients, employees and partners
  • Analyze and respond to matters requiring knowledge of payroll policies/procedures

Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies, processes and controls to enhance business efficiency

  • Review pre-payroll reports prepared by payroll administrators
  • Review post-payroll reports prepared by payroll administrators
  • Review invoices and reports prepared by finance administrators
  • Mentor and guide administrators within the team
  • Assist with end-of-month financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis, as needed
  • Act as a leave cover for payroll and finance administrators

Who you are

  • At least 3-5 years work experience in payroll administration and/or finance operations
  • Work experience in an Employer of Record structure would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of end-to-end payroll procedures and pay-impacting processes
  • Knowledge of AU, NZ, UK, EMEA and NA payroll would be an advantage
  • Excel proficiency is a must
  • Netsuite experience would be an advantage
  • Zendesk experience would be an advantage
