Senior Finance Ops Product Manager

About the role:
This person will achieve their goals by collaborating closely with engineering leads, software developers, designers, data analysts, and data engineers. They will also work closely with Product Marketing to ensure the execution of an effective go-to-market for the features they are building. Finally, they will also work closely with the Customer Success & Sales teams to ensure they build their roadmap, they discoveries & their solutions using on-the-field data & feedback.

Objective and Role:
Problem-solving mindset and ability to dig into the Finance Operations persona.

Required Qualifications & Experiences

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams
  • Experience in working closely with a product development team, including knowledge of Agile software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to dig in to complex topics.
  • Proven ability to use data to guide their decision and nurture the product roadmap.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, technical, cross-functional projects.

Nice to have:

  • You have experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS startup/scale-up or large tech organisation.
  • You’ve already worked in a Finance team and are familiar with the different roles, jobs to be done etc.
