Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. Within the team, you will be translating concepts into real-life customer experiences through the testing platform and building react components. You will work closely with the UX designers and oversee the technical aspect of the designs and collaborate with the product team to interpret front end specs. You will help and support the wider team with any issues that arise on the platform and ensure an understanding of the testing roadmap and prioritisation of tests by working closely within the UX team. You will also oversee all the changes before they go live.
From creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes, you will contribute to the conceptual framework we use at Everledger to build and advance our platform At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.
Enhance user satisfaction with a product by improving usability and accessibility, while working from the ground-up with key stakeholders (product, engineering, customer success) to conceive, collaborate and communicate design.
