Intelligent Change is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director to oversee all aspects of the creative process. Responsibilities include graphic design, digital design and user experience, artist and maker collaborations, events and product innovation. Infusing an atheistic and creative mindset into every aspect of the business, to help grow Intelligent Change to be a global leader in lifestyle publishing and media. To be successful in this role, you should be confident in art direction, ideation, fostering collaborations and enjoy the iterative process.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic design for all products including print and web
• Mould and elevate the design culture of the company at large
• Packaging design
• Shipping box design and unboxing experience
• Email template and e-commerce designs
• Photography art direction
• Opportunity mapping for the customer experience and journey
• Foster creative partnerships with like minded brands
• Ensure all products and supply chains are sustainable
• Establish brand consistency across all channels (web, newsletter, social)

What you’ll need
