What We Are Looking For:
A Senior Graphic Designer, simply put: we’re looking for someone who would melt if they met Paula Scher. Someone who is nimble, dynamic and poised—a seasoned executor who can understand the marketing challenges our business faces and think creatively about how design can be a tool to drive results.
What You'll Do:
- Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for graphics, typography, and layout
- Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; detail-oriented, meticulous, and creative
- Expert in Adobe Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac computers
- Manage personal workflow, schedule, and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Master in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote
- Understand target audiences' needs and goals, and demonstrate ability to translate them into creative concepts and functional components
- Execute other duties as assigned, including new concepts, internal department projects, press checks, art direction for photo/video shoot, and more
- Collaborate with external and internal partners in the development of strategic concepts and executions from creative brief through project completion
- Partner with copywriters and teammates to support best-in-class creative work
What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design
- Expert in Adobe Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac computers
- Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for graphics, typography and layout
- Expert in Adobe Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Mac computers
- Ample experience with Microsoft Power Point, Google Slides, and Keynote
- Understand target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts and functional components.
- Partner with copywriters and teammates to support best-in-class creative work
- Manage personal workflow, schedule, and deadline
Bonus Points:
- 8-10 years experience in Graphic Design
- HTML, CSS, AfterEffects, Marketo, and/or Wordpress
- Animation
