About the Opportunity 
You love the science of growth marketing as much as the art. You speak the language of conversion rates, lifetime value, and ROI/ROAS. You have a passion for building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes, and campaigns. This is a unique and highly-impactful role at one of the fastest growing global cryptocurrency exchanges. The ideal candidate must be willing to proactively dig into and own growth and optimization opportunities.  This individual does not mind the day-to-day grind, wearing multiple hats, and is willing to be a valuable asset to our team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the traffic growth of local market (Taiwan), develop new paid ads channels/partners according to the company's strategic goals
  • Design and implement paid strategies according to the local market landscape and needs
  • Keep abreast of the user experience of local market, create feedback loop to improve user experience and drive conversion rate continuously
  • Measure and analyse campaign performance, customer journey and behaviour.
  • Objectively determine the ROI of the paid advertising channel and generate reports to showcase the user acquisition performance by various channels
  • Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities
 
Key requirements:
  • Good experience with Media buying from performance marketing agency, fintech or financial industry
  • Experience handling different local markets is a plus
  • Good command of Mandarin and English language
  • Strong network and resources within the Crypto & Blockchain space
  • Proven track record in paid ads / performance marketing
  • Comes with a positive attitude, great interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented mindset.
