As an ambassador for the team, it is important that this person can provide exceptional internal client-service and is regarded as an expert in the field of HR. The person will report to the Head of People, Americas.

• Act as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders and employees at all levels in the organization.
• Manage the employee life cycle as a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner including onboarding, new hire check ins, performance management, employee development, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, mobility, and off-boarding.
• Lead talent initiatives or programs including reporting and analytics, DEI and mentor assignments.
• Execute with strong project management skills, including monitoring work-plans and managing against milestones, knowing what to prioritize and why, knowing who to keep informed, why, and how often, and knowing when to escalate.
• Provide expert guidance and support to leadership on a range of HR issues, including performance management and talent management.
• Partner with HR & Americas leadership to understand the development needs of our people and work with L&D and Resourcing to build thoughtful development plans.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with leadership across the organization, client teams and the Strategic Operations teams including HR team, Recruiting, and specialized program managers (NextGen, DE&I, ERGs, etc).
• Continuously iterate on processes and programs to enhance the employee experience and operate most efficiently.
• Serve as a thought leader by staying up to date on the latest research and current trends that promote healthy organizations and effective leaders and teams, proposing creative solutions.
• Maintain up to date on all HR compliance matters, including monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements in partnership with Legal team.
• Act as a coach and mentor to other members of the HR team. Lead with excellence and foster a high-performing team.
• Ensure employee documents, files and records are accurate and up-to-date including job descriptions, promotion letters, etc.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Previous experience in handling all areas of human resources including strategy
• A well-rounded knowledge of human resource (HR) including employee relations, benefits, and human resource compliance

• Minimum 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. Professional services experience is a plus
• Strong customer service mentality with the ability to juggle multiple clients and thrive in a fast pace environment
• Works well independently and as a team player
• Ability to think on their feet and have good judgement
• Ability to think strategically but willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to take on challenges and has a proactive approach to duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, with advanced organizational and time management skills

The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation:

In New York City, the annual compensation for this role will be $150,000 – $190,000

If an offer is extended to an applicant in New York, the applicant will be paid in line with this range and based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications. This range applies only to the New York position, and salaries in other offices and regions will vary based on an applicant’s experience and qualifications, as well as the competitive landscape.
