Role description:
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner & Projects Manager who will drive all HR initiatives in commercial business functions and lead complex HR projects across the entire organization. Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, best practices, and recent HR developments helping us outline action plans to further improve people capabilities and keep HR function top-notch
  • Initiating and driving key people projects and initiatives ensuring organizational success from a people standpoint, and contributing to designing and implementing HR strategies
  • Coordinating the formation and implementation of organizational development and organizational improvement action plans based on engagement surveys, employee feedback, and other information
  • Managing specific complex tasks and projects where multiple HR areas intersect, proposing and launching new HR initiatives bringing Viseven additional value
  • Acting as HR Business Partner for commercial and support functions, contributing to their strength and business success, driving and supporting all people and management initiatives in respective functions.
  • Helping HR Business Partners and functional HR leaders by providing advisory, expertise, and contribution to key initiatives as well as ongoing procedural activities
  • Implementing projects and activities related to specific HR areas (in case of need, i.e., help with recruitment, learning & development, performance management, reward, HR data, and HR automation projects, etc.)
  • Helping to resolve complex, challenging, or sensitive organizational HR issues
  • Acting as a backup for Head of HR (when needed)

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Solid HR experience and expertise in various HR domains (ideally in a dynamic, multinational environment), strong generalist-HR experience providing HR business support
  • Leadership experience (managing direct reports) and expertise, track record for working with leaders of different levels (Manage Others, Manage Managers, Manage Function)
  • Sound communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching skills, ability to enable managers
  • Successful experience in designing and building HR processes, tools, programmes (in various HR domains) 
  • Experience in implementing changes and transformations, good change management skills
  • Able to work in an agile, dynamic environment
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and structure it, find and implement systemic solutions
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting contexts, ability to balance flexibility with focus on delivering final results
  • Open-minded (willing to personally grow and change for the better), respectful, tolerant, supportive, positive, and diplomatic
  • Calm, resilient, able to manage own emotions and stay efficient
  • Ownership, responsibility, and proactivity
  • Critical and wholistic thinker with a focus on delivering business value
  • Fluent English
  • Ukrainian language would be a plus
