About the team + role 

As a Senior Manager focused on developing integrated media campaigns and buying media for Go To Market campaigns, you will play a crucial role in expanding Robinhood's user base. You will be responsible for creating effective media plans, ensuring creative impact, and collaborating closely with brand, product marketing, performance marketing, and creative teams.

What you’ll do

  • Media Planning and Buying: Develop and execute comprehensive media plans for Go To Market campaigns focused on meeting campaign goals. Work closely with media agencies and internal media teams. Oversee media buying, ensuring optimal placement and value for various media channels.
  • Campaign Strategy: Craft integrated media campaign strategies that align with our brand and business goals. Focus on innovatively reaching new audiences and expanding our user base.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, product marketing, performance marketing, and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness. Facilitate seamless integration of marketing efforts across different departments.
  • Creative Impact: Ensure that media campaigns are creatively impactful, resonating with our target audience and reflecting our brand values.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights with our Data Science team and using an MMM platform to optimize ongoing and future media plans. Ensure that campaigns are meeting KPIs and contributing to user base growth.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact media investments.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, and integrated media campaign development, preferably in the fintech or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels and how they can be leveraged for brand growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • A passion for the fintech industry and a commitment to Robinhood’s mission of democratizing finance.

The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan.

US Zone 1: $166000 - $195000
US Zone 2: $146000 - $172000
US Zone 3: $129000 - $152000

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
