Responsible for all RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow) objects for CT globally. Establishment and enforcement of all design and development standards. Ensure integrity of production systems being used by 145 legal entities globally and approx. 16,000 users. Budget allocation for this project is 70M EUR.
▪ Establish and enforce Development standards to be followed for all ContiTech
▪ Establish and enforce design standards for all developments
▪ Ensure all developments are completed with quality, timeliness, and utilizing industry best practices
▪ Ensure an adequate unit test plan is created and executed for each solution reducing rework
▪ Work with functional leads to prioritize workload to meet overall project timelines
▪ Ensure validity of effort estimations and track performance to these estimates
▪ Coordinate all efforts needed with the operational R3 teams as it relates to RICEFW objects and EDI conversion/roll out
▪ Manage all efforts as it relates to go live cut over for RICEFW and EDI objects
▪ Serve as a Development Expert consultant to functional IT, CKU's, and business leaders as to the capabilities and effort to build and implement RICEFW objects
▪ Stay on top of IT trends and new functionality to help educate the functional IT, CKU's, and business organization on what is possible with new releases and eco system tools as it relates to integrations
▪ Partner with IT Functional, CKU's, and business leaders to ensure all developments follow defined authorization concepts that properly secures necessary data according to company and legal policies
▪ Develop and coach team members to increase overall knowledge of the technologies related to RICEFW
▪ Define concepts for a proper system implementation including solution development and proper change control methodologies
▪ Be involved in system upgrades and system enhancements as needed where it relates to RICEFW objects
▪ Graduated Bachelors Degree in Technology
• Requires a minimum of 8-10 years of ABAP Experience.
• Knowledge of business process and SAP module integration.
• Experience preparing program specifications and diagrams, develops coding logic flowcharts.
• SAP ABAP Programming Tools including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, Smart Forms and Adobe Forms
• Principles of program documentation
• Knowledge of integration points between various business processes or modules.
• Participation in a minimum of 1-2 full life cycle system implementations.
• Strong problem solving skills with well organized and structured work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team or independently.
