The Role:

We are looking for a senior JavaScript engineer to join our engineering team. Your primary responsibility is to help architect, design, and implement key frontend components of Glint’s real-time employee engagement platform, including the application tier and the browser.


You will work hands-on as an integral member of the engineering team on all parts of Glint’s SaaS product. With a primary focus on the UI and general frontend, this will include the primary, responsive web-based survey system; the real-time, complex dashboard used by managers and other stakeholders to review data and take action; and the administrative system used for configurations and other high-level controls.


Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript
  • Server-side expertise using Node.js, Python/Django, PHP, or comparable
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS and cross browser compatibility issues
  • Experience with REST-based API services
  • Degree in CS or STEM
  • Quick learner
  • Team player
  • Positive attitude


Bonus Points:

  • Working knowledge of Angular
