As Senior Key Account Manager, the main objective is to support the Senior Director in the relationship management and optimization of some of Agoda’s most valued hotel chain partnerships
In doing so, this individual will bring a strong analytical acumen, or business development knowledge. In addition, the capability to establish and develop good working relationships with both internal and external customers will be a key to the success of the role. A ‘make it happen’ personality, disciplined work habits, and attention to detail will be keys to success in this role.
Responsibilities will include: (1) support the achievement of key accounts goals (2) optimizing chain hotel offerings on Agoda (3) handle incoming enquiries from stakeholders both internal and external (4) identify new opportunities for operational efficiency.
