We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Senior Lifecycle Marketer to join our growing marketing team. Forming part of our new Customer Marketing arm of the team, Lifecycle is a new function with lots of exciting opportunity.
You’ll improve retention through one-to-many customer communications—predominantly through email and in-app. You’ll help take our marketing strategy to the next level through building meaningful customer experiences that enhance the bottom line of the business.
You'll work on campaigns that focus on educating our customers to ensure they get continuous value from our product. We're looking for someone who is customer-success minded, who will collaborate with our customer experience teams to understand our ideal customer and develop creative messaging strategies to engage and retain them.
At Hotjar we help marketing, product, and UX teams answer the questions their traditional analytics can’t, helping them provide a better user experience. You'll help more people discover the value of Hotjar through providing unique and meaningful communications.
Have a measurable impact on improving retention through activating new accounts and users and effectively communicating features and functionality that create customer value.
Oversee all programmatic (email and in-app messaging), one-to-many customer communications.
Gain a deep understanding of our customers, their motivations, pain points, and decision-making process.
Collaborate with our Customer Experience team to ensure their customer knowledge is baked into everything you do.
Working with our Marketing Analyst, analyse customer journey data (using tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel) to identify opportunities to drive up funnel metrics.
Help increase retention through targeted and measurable email campaigns.
