Senior Manager - Ad Sales

Our focus is on building a highly scalable single destination for all sports fans. The product team conceptualises features and provides a strategic roadmap for creating fan-centric solutions. The team is filled with visionaries & risk takers who eat, sleep & dream the product! We use technology & tools like Google Analytics, Looker, CleverTap, to analyse data & enhance performance.

Your Role:

  • Conceptualise digital sales strategies and solutions to achieve digital sales revenue objectives
  • Forecast revenue objectives through proper account management to achieve individual goals as well as team goal
  • Pitch, close and manage deals with all brand advertisers
  • Maintain sales reports, sales pipeline, tracking, and report metrics, as and when required
  • Stay on top of the trends in a rapidly changing media market and clients’ industries
  • Provide consistent communication with Ad Ops, Client Services, and Finance
  • Prospect, cold call, network, and research new customers and potential clients
  • Providing recommendations on suitable formats, advertising mediums, and font sizes

Must Haves:

  • Minimum of 4 year’s experience in interactive ad sales with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Existing relationships with large ad agencies or ad spending Brands
  • Understanding of digital media, advertising industry, media measurement 
  • Fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
  • Sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics
  • Proficient in data analytical tools eg: Google analytics

Good to Haves:

  • Passion and love for sports
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
