The Opportunity 
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Campus Programs and Partnerships, the Senior Manager for Business Operations and Analytics will Identify, analyze, evaluate, and champion new analytical strategies and initiatives that will deliver significant improvements to operations and foster a customer-centric culture for the Campus Programs and Partnerships team.  This role will partner with leadership of all functional areas to develop insights to support operational efficiency and reach organizational outcomes. As MLT is amid accelerated growth across offerings,  this role will also provide thought leadership and structure for ambiguous business problems and will apply best practices to develop scalable systems. The ideal candidate will support a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and should possess excellent and proven leadership, communication and analytical skills.

  • Work within a multidisciplinary, matrixed organization to execute projects
  • Analyze data and trends arising from the day-to-day operations to better determine how to better serve our stakeholders and develop scalable solutions
  • Identify, analyze, evaluate, and champion new analytical strategies and initiatives that will deliver significant improvements to operations and foster a customer-centric culture 
  • Institutes best practices and guides implementations utilizing business acumen, experience, and relevant technology
  • Partner with leadership in all functional areas to develop actionable plans and structures required to ensure that a sustainable culture of innovation related to data and analytics exists within the organization.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) system and business intelligence tools (DataStudio) to analyze KPIs to assess business performance and work with leadership to implement improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tools and systems
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports for compelling analysis to inform strategic decisions


  • 8-10+  years of experience in business operations, data analytics, process improvement or related area 
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM), and business intelligence tools desired
  • Project management proficiency with solid process orientation and proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize between deliverables.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing improvements resulting in greater efficiency, and/or improved quality
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Google Slides, and Excel, with a demonstrated ability to analyze and visualize data and tell persuasive stories 
  • History of being a self-starter; Ability to work independently and with others
