Location: This position is remote within the United States.
The Senior Manager, Growth is responsible for a broad and varied remit across demand generation and new business, and represents a key role within the Global Growth team. Alongside assessing new opportunities and supporting the pitch process from start-to-finish, which includes collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients and creating written RFP responses, the Senior manager also manages multiple critical internal Growth initiatives, and creates reports tracking monthly performance, identifying opportunities to further iterate and improve performance. Working under the general supervision of the Growth Craft, this role also involves working closely with multiple parts of the business, including the Product and Client Pods.

The salary range for this position is $88,000 to $110,000. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
