Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

We’re looking for a world-class Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to help us continue on our hyper-growth trajectory and shape the future of Talkdesk.

Responsibilities:

  • Own our marketing technology stack (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.), systems and processes to help generate, distribute and report on leads
  • Develop and execute the strategy for overall marketing measurement, dashboards, analytics and marketing attribution
  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, data governance, data integrity and database management
  • Conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company (i.e., Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, etc.)
  • Own the technical aspects of email marketing (i.e., segment email lists based on behavior, minimize email list decay and unsubscribes, increase the productivity of our email sends)
  • Own web analytics and report on funnel metrics on a regular cadence
  • Evaluate new technologies to improve and optimize marketing team performance

 

Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree; MBA from a top-tier school is a plus
  • 7+ years of Marketing Operations experience for a hyper-growth SaaS company
  • Expert in the use of Marketo and Salesforce
  • Excellent understanding of B2B lead/funnel models and theory, closed-loop reporting, principles of effective lead management and account-based marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
  • Advance Excel skills required, strong familiarity with SQL desired
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
