Senior Manager, Marketing Operations

ZOZI is looking for an experienced operations superstar to build and run our Marketing Operations function. This key role is responsible for running technology and processes that enable our Marketing team to scale and deliver against our ambitious goals. The candidate will have a unique blend of business, marketing and operations skills, combined with a passion for data, metrics and reporting. The role reports to our SVP of Marketing and is part of our marketing leadership team.  


What you’ll do:

  • Set strategic vision and roadmap for our marketing technology and operational capabilities.
  • Build and manage marketing technology platforms and tools that enable operational excellence and scale. Some of the platforms include marketing automation, analytics, reporting, a/b testing and email.
  • Partner with B2B and B2C marketers to execute campaigns across customer acquisition, demand generation, engagement and retention.
  • Partner effectively with product and engineering teams to develop our customer data, segmentation and targeting capabilities.
  • Execute targeted campaigns across paid channels including search, social and display.
  • Evaluate third-party technology solutions, negotiate contracts and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Manage marketing’s partnership and prioritization processes with web dev, design, analytics and sales operations counterparts.
  • Lead, project manage and develop requirements for horizontal marketing projects spanning multiple areas of marketing.
  • Empower teams and individuals to make data driven, strategic decisions.
  • Lead and build marketing team enablement including knowledge sharing, best practices, training, and process excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of marketing operations leadership experience
  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS solution a plus
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology landscape and solutions
  • Deep experience managing customer data, audience segmentation and targeting
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns across email, search, social and display
  • Strong understanding of tracking and analytics. Google Analytics experience required.
  • Proven ability to develop strong partnerships internally and externally
  • Analytical powerhouse, passionate about driving business results
