Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee the daily operations of our office of 150+ employees in San Francisco 
  • Work cross-functionally with our Talent, HR and IT teams to ensure all needs of our employees are met 
  • Improve operational systems, processes and workflows to ensure organizational well-being
  • Contribute to Talkdesk's operational and strategic objectives 
  • Work directly with the Executive Team to support their day-to-day business needs 
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, offsites, events and all-hands meetings
  • Ensure guests are welcomed into our office
  • Assist with office events and functions

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of operations experience within a hypergrowth environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Tech savvy including experience working with Google applications
  • Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule in support of the operational needs of the organization
  • Self-starter who is organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team player; always willing to jump in when needed
  • Ability to prioritize and appropriately schedule assignments or tasks to meet established deadlines
