Twilio’s Physical Security team is growing and seeking an experienced and dynamic security leader for the position of Global Senior Physical Security Operations Manager. This individual will have responsibility and influence regarding security operations for campus, event and other offsite activities and corporate health & life safety initiatives.  The successful Senior Physical Security Operations Manager will work through challenging situations and circumstances that will affect the safety of the entire company and will do so with a high degree of motivation and enthusiasm.

 

Who?

Twilio is looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of developing security operations programs and who meet the following requirements.

• 5+ years in private sector corporate security, preferably in tech.
• Successful experience developing a corporate security culture and program.
• Demonstrated management experience in in a corporate security program.
• Demonstrated experience managing contracted security services to include campus, event and executive protection.
• Familiar with security operations standards for operations and facilities on a global scale.
• Willing and able to travel to any of the Twilio facilities sites and work flexible off-hours and weekends as required.

Bonus Points for:

• CPP, PSP and/or ATAP CTM
• Executive Protection Experience
• Development of TSCM program

 

What?

As a Senior Physical Security Operations Manager, you can expect to fill your days by:

• Building the vision of physical security operations at Twilio.
• Developing corporate security operations policy and procedure.
• Establishing and deploying health & life safety initiatives such as workplace violence prevention, CERT and emergency preparedness.
• Lead a team of regional and/or site security leads and contracted guard services to enforce corporate security standards and ensure that corporate culture is maintained.
• Closely coordinating with the entire Trust & Security team to achieve our collective goals.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and cross functional teams to ensure the adoption of corporate security operations.
