We’re looking for a superstar Senior Marketing Manager to help drive our growth in the US, as well as globally.
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile Direct marketing expert - someone who knows how to acquire customers via digital channels. We want you to understand and initiate campaigns to engage existing and potential customers to get them sending money using Paysend.
Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Manager include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity and partner bank requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels.

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong and demonstrable skills in the follow: PPC, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Influencer marketing
Demonstrated success identifying, communicating and acquiring different immigrant groups effectively
Experience working in a regulated environment
Strong partner relations and management experience preferably with a US Bank.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing cam paigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Excellent communicator, orally and written.
Positive and flexible attitude to work particularly new initiatives
Diplomatic in meeting and working with people, good cultural awareness
Understanding and commitment to equal opportunities
Capable of developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, highly organised
Must be eligible to work within the US
