DeepX is looking for a Senior Marketing UI/UX Designer to help create marketing and growth strategies, and designs for a US-based VC-backed consumer hardware startup. As part of the team, you will be working with innovative new technologies, creative direct marketing, and social (TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram) content campaigns targeting various US markets.

We are seeking a performance-driven designer extraordinaire who will help us define and build out messaging, drive leads through multiple channels, and drive growth. You will design and execute campaigns to help drive and grow traffic, create content that engages our current visitors, attracts new visitors, and drives customer acquisition through digital campaigns and tactical promotions.

When hired, you will:

  • Optimize marketing spend/ROI and tactics across paid search, SEO, and social
  • Focus on improving key metrics such as CTRs, CPC, CPA, and Lifetime Value of the customer
  • Run A/B tests across different marketing channels including emails, landing pages, ads, and to scale on these channels​
  • Help develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand and generate leads (i.e. blog posts, white papers, re-engagement campaigns) - Convert web and social traffic into qualified leads, using a range of targeting strategies
  • Develop strategies to increase our organic reach through link building, content distribution, social media, and strategic partnerships
  • Create and manage engaging content across social and industry channels
  • Create an engaging content calendar to significantly increase traffic to the blog, page views, and other key content metrics
  • Write case studies to showcase our customers & our value proposition
  • Execute and optimize various B2B marketing programs to deliver targeted email campaigns for user acquisition & re-engagement
  • Design and build landing pages and simple websites in Webflow
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers to perform user testing and use customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging
  • Identify market problems and market opportunities to drive growth
  • Use analytics data to implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the user journey
  • Work closely with the business to create investor's presentations and pitch decks

What we expect to see in a candidate:

  • Proficient English verbal and written skills
  • Experience producing high-quality content marketing assets (blog posts, email newsletters, guides, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Can establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develops and executes strategies, and track as well as measure the results
  • Passion for testing, optimization, using creativity and content to drive lead and conversion performance
  • Growth mindset and constantly motivated to iterate and improve
  • Experience with Figma or similar UI design software
  • Expertise in content hierarchy organization skills
  • Experience with Webflow is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires one to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
